A scope tailored to your organization
The scope considers the number and complexity of documents, departments and participants; the source material available; training requirements; the depth of editorial and source review; and the level of continuing support. It identifies client inputs, approvers, revision rounds and delivery dates.
Project schedules distinguish the work I will provide from the elapsed time needed for your feedback and approvals. Fractional engagements specify a recurring allocation of capacity. Each arrangement is quoted individually, and changes to the agreed work are discussed before additional commitments are made.
Who am I?Fees are fixed for each project. I do not bill by the hour. I come to you. Travel, accommodation and meals are billed at cost.
